Within Me Coaching is the brainchild of Zipporah Jarmon, a Black and Queer Chicagoan who practices in Chicago, IL. Zipporah, an Advanced Certified Life Coach, brings expertise in Self Development, through small business, empowerment, transition, relational polyamory coaching.

We support QTBIPOC and LGBTQ+ individuals navigating change, seeking empowerment, and aiming to connect more intentionally with their communities through self-reflection and actionable steps.
Our services include individual and group coaching, as well as coaching-based workshops and cohorts for both professionals and individuals.

Even though it was decided as a six-session pro bono package, through Zipporah’s huge heart and immense generosity, extended it to 12 sessions. Z was so generous with time, energy, and wisdom shared with me. The best thing about Zipporah’s sessions was that Z never judged me for who I was and never judged me for my beliefs. With Zipporah, it was never as though I was putting my identity on trial. Rather, I was putting my limited beliefs and beliefs that were stopping me from becoming my best version on trial and improving those things. Zipporah was very accommodating with the timeframes and the changes and cancellations as well. Even though the sessions were pro bono sessions, Zipporah never objected to it. Another great help that Z offered was the session notes.
Looking back at the session notes made me reflect on my own thoughts and my own progress so much. Sometimes I used to reread them over and over again within the span of a week so that I could really understand where my thoughts were coming from and who was I speaking like and what was driving my fears and all. I'm immensely grateful to Zipporah for being there and helping me move past of my fears that blocked my progress.

Zipporah made social media strategy feel easy and approachable. Came to Zipporah feeling overwhelmed, avoidant, and seeking a relationship with social media that didn't feel so fraught. Zipporah simplified the process of creating and sharing content and helped simplify what consistent social media engagement needed to look like.
